Admission Procedure

  • At Sneha Deepam Matriculation Higher Secondary School, we welcome students who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute positively to the school community. Our admission process is transparent, student-friendly, and ensures that every child receives equal opportunity.
  • Enquiry & Application

    Parents/Guardians may visit the school office or contact us through phone/email to
    collect the admission form.

  • Submission of Application

    The filled-in application form along with required documents must be submitted within
    the stipulated date.

  • Interaction/Assessment

    For Kindergarten and Primary classes, students may undergo a simple interaction.
    For higher classes, a written test/academic assessment may be conducted.

  • Confirmation

    Selected students will be notified, and admission must be confirmed by paying
    the prescribed fees within the given deadline.

  • Orientation
    Parents and students will be oriented about school rules, uniform, and academic calendar after confirmation of admission.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Pre-KG Minimum age 2½ years at the time of admission.
  • LKG Minimum age 3 years.
  • UKG Minimum age 4 years.
  • Class I onwards: Admission is based on the completion of the previous class in a recognized institution along with submission of Transfer Certificate.
  • Class I onwards: Admission is based on the completion of the previous class in a recognized institution along with submission of Transfer Certificate.

Documents Required

  • Birth Certificate (Original & Photocopy)
  • Transfer Certificate (for students joining from other schools)
  • Community Certificate (if applicable)
  • Recent Passport Size Photographs of Student (4 copies)
  • Aadhaar Card Copy (of Student & Parents)
  • Progress Report/Mark Sheet (for admission to higher classes)

Withdrawal Policy

  • Parents seeking withdrawal of their ward must submit a written application to the Principal at least one month in advance.
  • All dues, including tuition fees and library fines (if any), must be cleared before the Transfer Certificate (T.C.) is issued.
  • Transfer Certificates will be issued only after clearance of accounts and upon formal approval from the school authorities.
  • In case of mid-year withdrawal, fees paid will not be refunded.
  • The school reserves the right to cancel admission/withdraw a student on grounds of indiscipline, repeated absence without information, or violation of school rules.
